[Title] => New mobile clinic to boost Biliran health services
[Summary] =>
Biliran Gov. Gerry Boy Espina recently inspected a mobile clinic purchased by the Department of Health (DOH) for the provincial government to strengthen its medical and dental missions in far-flung barangays.
Barely a month in office, newly elected Biliran Gov. Gerardo “Gerryboy” Espina Jr. pushed for the implementation of various infrastructure projects worth P12.786 million, including the much-awaited low-cost housing project for government employees.
Glen Chong at Biliran Gov. Rogelio Espina.
