[Title] => Carbonera stuns Surban in Mayor Arquillano bikefest
[Summary] => Randy Carbonera stunned national team member Niño Surban to grab the elite title in the 1st Mayor Al Arquillano Mountainbike Challenge in San Francisco, Camotes the other day.
After a neck-to-neck action ensued, Carbonera, fondly called as "Negro" in the cycling community, made his move in the winding road, midway in the 48-kilometer race route.
Carbonera then never looked back as he managed to increase his lead en route to breasting the tape in one hour, 28 minutes and 28.1 seconds.
