It is a privilege to be in your Electrical Engineering Building, which incubated some of the greatest minds in technology — including Messrs. Hewlett and Packard, whose humble garage — now the most famous and important in the world — became the Bethlehem of IT.  Actually, I’m no stranger to Stanford even if I went to that other school on the East Coast. I’m here once a year for medical check-up at your hospital.  So Wharton got me started, but Stanford literally keeps me going.
