In the November 20, 2003 Manila Bulletin column of Beth Day Romulo she gave recognition to the attainment of a new degree of internationally acclaimed architect Jun Palafox before the Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. Ms. Romulo then cites the very relevant final presentation paper of Architect Palafox before the prestigious school entitled "Manila Metropolis 2020" which is a dissertation on the riddle of Manila itself.
