[Summary] => The Cebu Blue Marlins garnered more than what was expected of them, hauling a total of 19 gold, 12 silvers and 13 bronze medals at the close of two-day second stage of the Pilipinas Youth Swimming Camp in Dumaguete City yesterday.

It was University of Cebu's Noel Cañeda, who garnered the most number of gold medals for the Cebu Marlins with five not counting two silvers and a bronze.

Cañeda ruled the boys' 15 class after reigning in the 200 meter individual medley, 100 and 200m breast stroke, 400 and 800m freestyle, and 200m butterfly.
