[Title] => Kuh: Its payback time
[Summary] => Twenty years ago, Kuh Ledesma was a young nurse moonlighting as a singer with the group called Ensalada at the Calesa Bar. She certainly had all the makings of a future star. Thanks to composer George Canseco though, what would have taken her another year or two to accomplish happened literally overnight. Canseco asked her to record one of his works, Dito Ba?, theme song of the motion picture Miss. X. It became a big hit and launched Kuh to stardom.

[Title] => From the bistro to the Big Dome
[Summary] => Given the popularity of its last three albums, I honestly wondered when M.Y.M.P. would finally get out of the small bistros and take its music to the Big Dome. The task does seem daunting for any artist but it is also a fact that hereabouts, the true test for an artist is to do a concert at the Araneta Coliseum before 15,000 people. If a singer or a group can fill up that huge venue then nobody is likely to raise anymore questions if they are truly a success or not.
