The suspect, identified as Allan Tablante, a resident of Sitio 6, Barangay Catmon in Malabon, is now facing rape charges for sexually abusing his stepdaughters, ages nine and eight. Police reports showed that the suspect raped the victims whenever their mother was away. The latest sexual attacks happened on Oct. 14 at about 12 noon in their home. According to PO3 Ferdinand Espiritu, Tablante had threatened to kill the victims if they squealed to anyone about the incidents.
