Jane at RK, ‘di nagmamadaling ikasal

Nakaburol na si Mother Lily Monteverde sa Valencia Events Place noong Lunes, pero dumalo pa si Roselle Monteverde sa gala night ng pelikulang Love Child na full-length directorial debut ni Jonathan Jurilla para sa Cinemalaya. Bida rito ang magkasintahang RK Bagatsing at Jane Oineza kasama ang child actor na si John Tyron Ramos.

Ang Regal Entertainment ang producer nito, at isa ito sa pinakamagandang pelikulang ipinalabas sa CInemalaya 20.

Napakagaling pa nina RK at Jane, pati ang batang si Tyron na gumaganap na anak nilang may Autism Spectrum.

Itong Love Child ang isa raw sa pinakamahalagang pelikulang nagawa nina RK at Jane.

Kuwento ito ng maagang pagsasama ng magkasintahan dahil sa nagkaroon sila ng anak. Pero ang challenge ng kanilang pagsasama ay dahil sa may Autism Spectrum ang kanilang anak na si Kali.

Matinding challenge at struggle ito sa kanilang pagsasama.

Kaya inihirit na rin namin sa kanila kung nasa level na ba ang kanilang relasyon na pinag-uusapan na ang kasal.

Ani Jane, “Siguro, ‘yun ay hindi siya minamadali…”

Dugtong naman ni RK, “Siguro more than things na natutunan din namin sa movie, is kailangan talaga ng planning. “So, ngayon focus muna kami sa Love Child.

“Sobrang nakasuporta kami kasi sa isa’t-isa ngayon sa trabaho, and sobrang proud ako sa kanya sa lahat ng mga na-achieve niya at sa lahat na mga achivements, projects at sa lahat na blessings na dumarating sa kanya.”

Sabi naman ni RK, “Ever since, alam ko na tagal na siyang nag-start sa showbiz and she’s getting more opportunities. At ngayon naka-focus kami dun, and number one sa priority namin is to have a better career and eventually you know, ‘yun ang magdi-dictate ng future family namin.”

“Darating tayo diyan,” nakangiting pakli naman ni Jane.

Public Corruption Division ng NBI, pinatatawag ang mga akusado kay Sandro

Aabot na raw sa Senado ang isyu ng sexual harassment na inireklamo ni Sandro Muhlach sa dalawang independent contractors ng GMA 7 na sina Jojo Nones at Richard ‘Dode’ Cruz.

Ngayong araw ay may hearing na ito sa ilalim ng committee ni Sen. Robin Padilla na Chairman ng Senate Public Information and Mass Media.

Pero ang sabi ng legal counsel nina Jojo Nones at Richard Cruz na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, hindi naman daw kailangang dumalo roon ang kanyang dalawang kliyente.

“The Senate’s ‘invitation’ is for them to attend and join in the discussion on the ‘Policies of Television Networks and Artist Management Agencies in Relation to Complaints of Abuse and Harassment’.

“This is the topic for tomorrow’s hearing. So basically the senate will discuss on the policies of TV networks and talent agencies on handling complaints.

“Our clients are not an employee of GMA network or Sparkle artist management agency therefore they do not have personal knowledge of the policies of said network and talent agency. Most importantly, they are respondents in a criminal case filed against them by Mr. Sandro Muhlach which is currently being investigated by NBI. They might be questioned on the facts of the pending case during the hearing in the Senate which may be tantamount to cross examination during trial of the case which usually happens to an accused in court when our client have not even been indicted before the prosecutor’s office for alleged sexual abuse being filed by Mr. Muhlach.

“At any rate as I said criminal investigation has already been conducted with regard to the case of our clients. We will follow the criminal procedure,” pahayag ni Atty. Garduque

Ibinahagi na rin sa amin ni Atty. Maggie na nakatanggap na raw sila ng subpoena mula sa Public Corruption Division ng NBI. Kailangan daw nilang umapir sa Biyernes, Aug. 9. Aniya, “I just don’t know why it was the public corruption division of the NBI handling the investigation when none of the respondents are public officers/officials.

“But at any rate, we will attend the hearing on that day to get the copy of the complaint and will submit our answer accordingly.”

Pero sinabi rin niya bandang huli na siya na lang daw ang dadalo sa Biyernes, dahil kukunin lang daw niya ang kopya ng complaint na isinampa ni Sandro Muhlach.
