MANILA, Philippines – The Mobile Legends Bang Bang community was rocked by player announcements as four of Blacklist International's players bid goodbye to the Tier One Entertainment-owned team.

First to announce their departure was midlaner Kenneth "Yue" Tadeo, who had joined the team back in 2023 and won Rookie of the Season during MPL Philippines Season 11.

"Today I am formally announcing that I am leaving Blacklist International. Thank you to Blacklist because I know I've grown there as a player. Pero this time gusto ko naman maranasan ang ibang environment at madevelop pa ang sarili ko. I want to experience things outside my comfort zone," said Tadeo.

Next to make the announcement was the queen herself, Johnmar "OhMyV33nus" Villaluna. One of the pillars of the game, Villaluna joined Blacklist International back in 2020 and was pivotal to the team's three MPL Philippines title wins, as well to the M3 World Championship crown with her having the most assists in the tournament.

"Sino nga ba si OHMYV33NUS na wala yung trophies and yung esports org na alam ng lahat? Tinatanong ko yan paulit-ulit sa sarili ko at iisa lang yung chikka. I’m at this point in life right now na I know already there’s something more than this, a higher version of me deep within me. More than I’ve ever accomplished.

So I left Tier One Entertainment and Blacklist International because I know I would settle if I choose to stay. When it’s time to go, ma feel mo naman eh," said Villaluna.

The following day, Agent Zero, Edward "Edward" Dapadap, was next to say farewell to the team. The longest member of Blacklist International, Dapadap has been awarded the Finals Most Valuable Player twice and was inducted to the MPL Philippines Hall of Legends last year during the league's 11th season.

"Hi guys, siguro naman nafeel niyo na din. As of today, I have left Blacklist International. After being with them for 4 years since Season 5, it's been an amazing journey filled with unforgettable moments. Despite some thoughts of leaving in the past, the team's potential always motivated me to stay. Now, I'm ready for the next chapter of my life, where I can grow personally and professionally," said Dapadap.

A few hours later, Danerie "Wise" Rosario posted his departure in an amusing manner.

The post showed a photo of a printed resignation letter with the words: "Dear Sir/Madam, Bounce na ako mga ssob @Blacklist International, matsala sa all. Respectfully yours, Wise."

The other half of the V33wise duo, Rosario changed the meta of the game when he started using utility junglers, with many teams following the move of junglers from damage dealers to objective takers.

With Villaluna, the V33wise duo had made a resounding impact in the MLBB scene with their three MPL Philippines titles, an M-Series World Championship crown, a SEA Games gold medal, and a World Esports Championship silver medal. It was a no-brainer that they would be part of the first ten Filipinos inducted to the MPL Philippines Hall of Legends.

With the departures, only Kiel "Oheb" Soriano and Salic "Hadji" Imam are left from Blacklist International's M3-Championship roster, as well as jungler Stephen "Sensui" Castillo, who was part of Blacklist International's M5 roster.
