Arrest warrant issued vs Lakers' DeMarcus Cousins for domestic violence
MANILA, Philippines — An arrest warrant has been issued for Los Angeles Lakers center DeMarcus Cousins by authorities in Mobile, Alabama on Thursday (Friday, Manila time).
According to a report first published by AJ Perez of USA Today, Cousins is being sought on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge after the cager allegedly threatened his ex-girlfriend last week.

Cousins reportedly told his ex-girlfriend that he would "put a bullet in your (expletive) head" in a phone conversation after the latter refused to let their seven-year-old son attend his wedding.
The audiotape of the conversation was leaked by TMZ.com earlier this week.
Both the NBA and the Lakers already said that they were investigating the report.
