MANILA, Philippines - Owing to the expected heavy traffic as the country hosts the APEC Summit this week, the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) won’t be holding its regular Tuesday PSA Forum at Shakey’s Malate today.
The public sports program instead will be back next week, Nov. 24.
