MANILA, Philippines -- Philstar.com learned on Wednesday night that the Star Hotshots management handed out an indefinite suspension on disgruntled forward Allein Maliksi following his social media rants on his limited playing time this conference.
The suspension took effect on Wednesday after a one-on-one meeting between Maliksi and Star rookie head coach Jason Webb last Tuesday where the former apologized for the controversial post on his Instagram account which has since been deleted.
