MANILA, Philippines - Round 7 of the 2013 National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association (NAMSSA) Motocross Development Program resumes Sunday with 15 events on tap at the Speedworld MX Circuit, SM Bicutan, Parañaque City.
Titles to be disputed are the Honda XRM National Cup for the Underbone riders plus a special event by the Philippine Sport Commission and Philippine Olympic Committee for young moto racers 15-year-old-and-below as part of the Batang Pinoy 2013.
The event also serves as a prelude to the 2013 FIM Asian Motocross Championship slated Nov. 16-17, also at the Speedworld MX Circuit.
Registration starts at 7 a.m. followed by the practice sessions. The motos will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

JBS Kawasaki Motocross Team’s Kenneth San Andres, set to banner the Phl team in the International Motorcycle Championships in Korea next week, currently leads both the Pro Open and Pro 125 categories of the NAMSSA series.
Ralph Ramento is in second while Bebet dela Cruz is ranked third in the Pro 125, while Ramento is also in second place and Garry Gavino at No. 3 in the premier Pro Open.
The event is also expected to draw participants and teams from Metro Manila, Antipolo City, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bataan, Ilocos Sur, Bulacan, Quezon, Bicol, Puerto Princesa, Isabela, Tarlac and La Union.
