MANILA, Philippines - Jaime Barte, Ryan Maranan, and Joseph Gentoleo – running mere seconds apart – were the top three finishers in the 15K race at last Sunday’s Manila Bay Clean-Up Run, while Jennilyn Sudilla, Mherliz Lumagbas, and Camille Sebastian ruled the women’s division.
In the 10K race, Aldrin Seno, Dexter Laranjo, and Roma Manuel topped the race, even as Charlene Aquino, Jila de la Rosa, and Jennilyn Ong dominated the women’s division.
Lording it over the men’s field in the 5K were Joma Boncales, Antonio Carlito, and Paul Jeric Gorospe while Vilma Sta Ana, Maria Guia Tizon, and Milagros Lara Angeles topped the women’s side.
Michael Bacong, Bellard Francis Marqueses, and Vincent Fernandez, together with their female counterparts Lovely Gemerio, Mary Grace de la Torre, and Charmaine Aquino ruled the 3K run.
The Manila Bay Clean-Up Run was a project of Manila Broadcasting Company, in cooperation with the cities of Manila and Pasay, with support from Smart Communications, Green Cross Rubbing Alcohol, Enervon Multi-Vitamins, M. Lhuillier, Orlistat Xenical, Paramount Insurance, and Casa Bocobo.
