MANILA, Philippines - Hawaii will field a bigger, stronger team in the World Slashers Cup-2 Hawaiian Invitational eight-cock derby slated May 31, June 2 and 4 at the Araneta Coliseum.
Hosted by the Pintakasi of Champions and co-presented by Thunderbird, the event hopes to combine the glamor of the World Slasher and the competitiveness of the former Hawaiian Derby held at Texoma Game Club in Oklahoma annually until cockfighting was declared illegal in the US.
