Hosted by the city of Puerto Princesa, headed by Mayor Edward Hagedorn, the three-day event is expected to draw 20 drivers, 80 motocrossers and 150 bikers. It is also held as part of the city’s foundation day celebrations.

Two tracks will be put up side by side, ensuring high-powered action in the event backed by Puerto Princesa’s City administrator Agustin Rocamora Jr., sports director Tony Reyes, the engineering department and Oplan Linis of Ellen Hagedorn.

Other backers are Vans, Mossimo, Oakley, Torco Oil, Swallow Tires, Discovery Suites, Seaoil, Ziebart, Concept One, Atoy Kits, Bioaktiv and Auto Transporter.

The international-spec motocross track will usher in the speed challenge on Saturday along with a night race for the 4x4 racers.

On Sunday, the event shifts to the technical track, which will test the participating cars’ preparation and off-road skills. The top 4x4 drivers will then go for a shootout wherein the winner of the event will be determined.
