MANILA, Philippines - After successfully staging seven events this year, Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC) and Colt 45 have lined up bigger and more exciting tournaments next year, including six in the provinces.
URCC president Alvin Aguilar said the first of 10 events calendared next season is scheduled in Cebu on Jan. 15 as they intensify their search for outstanding mixed martial arts (MMA) experts who they plan to give the chance to compete in the Universal Fighting Championship (UFC) in the United States.
Aguilar also said that Colt 45 will continue to support all their projects since Colt 45 officials, led by brand manager Greg Anonas, believe that Filipinos have what it takes to excel in the fast-growing sport.
