Butuan stages third leg of Arcilla netfest

MANILA, Philippines - The third leg of the Johnny Arcilla tennis circuit kicks off on Sept. 21 at the Luis Village Tennis Club in Butuan City with Arcilla, PJ Tiero, Elbert Anasta, Jaime Celestino Solon, Ralph Kevin Barte and other national rated netters seeing action.

“This is one way of showcasing our peaceful city to the world,” said Butuan City Mayor Democrito Plaza.

Sanctioned by the Philippine Lawn Tennis Foundation (Philta), the event is organized by the United Tennis Players of the Philippines (UTPP) headed by Hattah Dimaporo.

The major sponsors for the netfest are Herbalife, Al Hussein Construction, Add Movement and Babolat.
