Architects Golf Club monthly golf unwraps at Mimosa

MANILA, Philippines - The country’s top golfing architects take center stage today as they clash for top honors in various divisions in the third leg of the Architects Golf Club monthly golf tournament at the Mimosa Golf and Country Club in Clark Field, Pampanga.

A total of 130 players are competing in the 18-hole, stroke-play format event with leg winners Rommel Martinez and Paul Henry de Dios heading the Group I cast, Randy Banzon and Edward Lim spearheading the Group II division, and Romeo David and Alekhine Africa taking charge in Group III.

Also going for second leg wins in the 24th staging of the event sponsored by Boysen Paints and backed by Atlanta Industries, Decopro, Inc., Emerald Vinyl, HCG, JME Supreme International, Inc., Koten, Moldex, Monark, American Standard, Apo Floors/Apo Galfan, Arctic Forest Products and Bostik Phils., are Pablo Mercado IV and Rafael Villanueva in Group IV and Rolando Francisco and Walter Villanueva in Group V.

Meanwhile, the awards rites for the first quarterly tournament will be held after the tournament with fabulous prizes and raffle items up for grabs at the Nathaniel’s Restaurant.
