                    [Summary] => SUBIC BAY FREEPORT — To prevent a fishkill, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority’s seaport department has promptly deployed a safety team to assess and help clean up the oil spill from a sunken land craft transport (LCT) vessel off Agusuhin Point.


In a joint report, SBMA’s port safety head Alvin de la Cruz and ship boarding branch head Fidel de la Cruz said the LCT Concing sank off Agusuhin Point at about 8 p.m. last Saturday.
