Both the Knights and the Dolphins walloped the San Beda Red Lions with Letran accomplishing it Wednesday (95-75) and PCU doing it Monday (55-42) to create a three-way tie with the host Perpetual Help Altas on 2-1 (win-loss) records at No. 2 spot behind unbeaten Mapua Cardinals (3-0).
Letran shoots for win No. 3 when it clashes with a skidding Jose Rizal side at 4 p.m. while PCU seeks to accomplish the same goal against San Sebastian, winless in two starts, in their 2 p.m. encounter.
Either the Knights or the Dolphins will gain solo second if one of them prevail in their assignment and the other succumb to their rivals.
