Second placer was Philippine Air Force serviceman and Sorsogon native Mike Samson (36:21) while Sustenes Ballester Jr. (36:34) took the third place.
Naga City runners ruled the women’s division, which drew 3,500 entries. They were Joy Pardiñas, 20, (49:28), Maricel Ronquillo, 17, of Carolina National High School (53:04) and Annaliza Vargas, 21, from Naga College Foundation (56:34).
