Comelec titiyakin na walang blackout sa election

MANILA, Philippines – Upang masiguro na walang magaganap na blackout sa election sa Mayo ay hihingin ni  Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman Andres Bautista ang  tulong ng Armed Forces of the Philippines at Philippine National Police.

Ayon pa kay Bautista na makabubuti rin kung tutulong ang publiko sa pamamagitan ng pagre-report sa mga otoridad ng mga grupo na nagpaplano ng pananabotahe sa power supply.

Madali rin masolusyunan kung nagkaroon ng blackout sa Metro Manila dahil hihingin nila ang ayuda ng mga private establishments partikular ang  mga mall na may generators.

Magugunita na nagbabala ang National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) na posibleng magkaroon ng malawakang blackout  sa Mindanao sa panahon ng  halalan dahil sa pambobomba ng mga tower.
