2 Tsino kulong sa pamemeke

Ludy Bermudo - Pang-masa

“Both have admitted that when they registered as voters at the Commission on Election Office in Manila, they were Chinese citizens and therefore disqualified to exercise the right of suffrage.  No amount of defense can be put up… to justify their act of registering as a voter when they knew there were not qualified and eventually voted.,” saad sa apat na pahinang desisyon ng korte.
