MANILA, Philippines — Tuluyan nang nagpaalam si opposite hitter Caitlin Viray sa kampo ng Choco Mucho bago magsimula ang bagong season ng Premier Volleyball League (PVL).
Nagpasalamat ang Choco Mucho management kay Viray na naging bahagi ng koponan nito sa nakalipas na mga seasons.
Bahagi si Viray ng Flying Titans na nakasungkit ng pilak na medalya sa PVL Second All Filipino Conference.
“Thank you, Caitlin, for your outstanding contributions to the Choco Mucho Flying Titans. Both on and off the court, your dedication has been invaluable,” ayon sa statement ng Choco Mucho.
Wala pang linaw kung saan lilipat si Viray.
Sa kabilang banda, tatlong players ng PLDT High Speed Hitters ang hindi na marerenew ang kontrata sa season na ito.
Ito ay sina outside hitter Mean Mendrez, playmaker Anj Legacion at opposite spiker Michelle Morente.
Nagbigay din ng pasasalamat ang High Speed Hitters kina Mendrez, Legacion at Morente.
“(We thank) donning the PLDT jersey with pride and joy. Always a painful part of the year when you have to let some go so they can flourish and soar even higher,” ayon sa PLDT.
Malaki ang pasasalamat nina Morente, Mendrez at Legacion sa pamunuan ng PLDT kasama na ang mga coaches at staff ng tropa.
“We must accept the end of something in order to begin to build something new. I’m Forever Grateful for the knowledge, memories and opportunities that we’ve shared [with] my PLDT fam,” ani Legacion.
