“I still played because we’re talking about a chance to enter the finals. Is there a player in the world who doesn’t want to make the finals? I also miss the feeling of being able to play on that stage,” ani Laure.

“I also doesn’t want to end up with the regret that ‘what could have I contributed had I fought on despite what I’ve been feeling?” ani Laure.

“I’m going to focus on recovery first. I feel heavy but I’m doing everything to refuel my body. Good thing that the coaches are there to remind me like ‘you have to eat well, take care of yourself, and give it time to recover’,” ani Laure.
