MANILA, Philippines — May 32 tankers ang nagwagi ng Most Outstanding Swimmer (MOS) awards sa Philippine Swimming League (PSL) Rebuilding Champions Class ABC and Novice Meet Swim Series National Finals na ginanap sa Diliman Preparatory School swimming pool sa Quezon City.
Nanguna sa listahan sina veteran international campaigners Aishel Cid Evangelista at Master Charles Janda na winalis ang lahat ng anim na gintong medalya sa kani-kanyang dibisyon.
Naghari si Evangelista sa boys’ 13-year class habang nangibabaw naman si Janda sa boys’ 14-year category para pamunuan ang mga MOS winners sa Class A.
Kasama nina Evangelista at Janda sa boys’ division sina Rowan Huesca (11), Clint Poblete (12), CJ Valenzuela (15) at Raven Matthew Henry (boys’ 16-over).
Nakahirit naman ng MOS trophies sa girls’ class sina Sophia Poblete (8-under), Rica Jane Ansale (10), Milena Santos (11), Hannah Baguio (12), Shemil Alimagno (13), Jeira Ayles (14) at Louise Perez (16-over).
“We are overwhelmed with the outcome and we are thankful to those who participated in three legs of the short course swimming meet,” ani PSL president Alex Papa.
Sa Class B, pinarangalang MOS sina Ashley Go (8-uner), Miktala Velasquez (9), Angeline David (10), Milena Santos (11), Rana Moaje (12), Alexza Henry (13), Alyxandra Marie Baluyot (14), Nicole Kate Pardo (15) at Allyza Marie Palermo (16-over) sa girls.
Wagi ng MOS sa boys sina Xyryll Ghel Evangelista (8-under), McLaren Camina (9), Cariga Lakan (10), Zachary Hicban (11), Sebastian Alinsunurin (12), Kylie Sibayan (13), Reiss Dumalag (14), Marco Ubaldo (15) at John Leo Paul Salibio (16-over).
