PSL tankers kuntento sa tinapos sa Singapore Midget Meet

MANILA, Philippines – Hindi man nadagdagan ang napanalunang gintong medalya ay kontento na uuwi ang Philippine Swimming League (PSL) delegation matapos ang kampanya sa 21st Singa­pore Open Invitational Midget Meet na ginawa sa Singapore Swimming Club.

Si Aubrey Tom ay naka­dalawang ginto sa girls’ 8 years 25-meter freestyle (15.99) at 25m butterfly (17.15) para pangunahan ang 3-golds, 4-silvers at 3-bronze medal na hinakot ng koponan.

“We thank God for surpassing our medal standing this year. We tripled it,” ani PSL president Susan Papa.

Si Micaela Jasmine Mojdeh ang kumuha sa ikatlong ginto ng bansa sa girls’ 9 years 25-meter butterfly (15.97). May pilak pa si Mojdeh sa 25m breaststroke (19.33).

Sina Marc Bryan Dula, Rafael Lentejas III at Khrystian Tan ay nanalo rin ng pilak at si Dula ay puma­ngalawa sa boys’ 8 years 25m butterfly (17.23) gayundin sina Lentejas sa boys’ 7 years 25m butterfly (19.66) at Tan sa boys’ 9 years event 25m breaststroke (18.83).

Ang mga tanso ay mula kina Tan (25m freestyle, 14.80), Lentejas (25m freestyle, 17.92) at Janine Consul (girls’ 7 years 25m breaststroke, 25.30).

“Its a triple hurrah for us. We brought the blessed young swimmers that performed to their best level, such as they would really try to give all out,” pahayag ni PSL Secretary General Maria Susan Benasa.
