P200K ibibigay ng Shakey’s at Sports Vision sa mga nasalanta ng bagyong ‘Yolanda’

MANILA, Philippines - Nakaipon ang Shakey’s V-League at ang nag-orga­nisang Sports Vision ng higit sa P200,000 mula sa pag­daraos ng kauna-una­hang Shakey’s V-League All Star Weekend na pina­laks ng Smart.

Ang nasabing pondo ay ido-donate sa mga biktima ng bagyong ‘Yolanda’.

“We thank all the sponsors and backers of the event and all the V-League fans for raising these funds for the Yolanda victims. In our little way, we’d like to do our share to assist our brothers and sisters se­verely hit by this recent ca­lamity,” wika ni Sports Vision president Ricky Palou.

Ang pondo ay idadaan sa Kapuso Foundation ng GMA-7.

Humakot ang Shakey’s All Star Weekend, sinuportahan ng Shakey’s Pizza, Smart Communications, Accel Sportswear at Mikasa Volleyballs, ng P174,610 mula sa gate receipts.

Ang kabuuang pondong naipon mula sa na­sabing two-day event, kasama dito ang clinic at volley camp noong Sabado, ay P188,610 kung saan  nag­dagdag ang Sports Vi­sion ng P11,390.
