SINO SI ROXANNE CABANERO Y ACOSTA? Bakit matapos (makalipas) ang apat na taon matapos maganap ang umano’y pangagahasa sa kanya ni Vhong Navarro ngayon lang siya lumabas para ihayag ang kanyang kwento.

Sa pagpapatuloy ng kanyang Sinumpaang Salaysay narito ang kabuuan nito;

14. It was not long later till VHONG NAVARRO pulled the car over a few meters away from the hotel under a shaded tree. He looked at me and said “So what now..?” I said “So alis nako?” He replied and said “NO no stay first”. We proceeded to talk further his career and then he started to caress my legs… this made me extremely uncomfortable so I took his hand away from my leg and I told him more then “Stop don’t do that hindi ko gusto yan” and he just looked at me and smirked, at this point I wanted to leave the car and I tried but he stopped me and grabbed my hand. VHONG NAVARRO persuaded me to stay so I hesitantly agreed but asked him to not place his hands on my legs again. At his point I asked him “ano ba ang gagawin natin kung hindi naman tayo mag coffee”. VHONG NAVARRO replied “Let’s just stay here for a while, ang sarap mong kausap”

15. I said to VHONG NAVARRO that I couldn’t stay for too much longer as we had a curfew and only agreed to stay for a few minutes. We proceeded further in the car while listening to his music in his car. He then placed his left hand on my left leg once again I asked him “Stop don’t do that” at this point he refused and continued to caress my leg and then he moved his left hand up my body and groped my right breast. I asked him “STOP” I pushed him away and again I asked him again “Please stop”. He persisted and said “NO cge na cge na” he proceeded to unbuckle his shorts to which I was in shock and said” You know what I’m gonna go” and I tried to get out of his vehicle but I couldn’t as he grabbed my hand with his right hand pulled me closer to him, he seem rushed and flustered and suddenly grabbed my head forced it to his penis, forcing to perform oral sex on him. I refused profusely and begged him to stop and then I cried.

16. When he saw that I started to cry, he persisted to comfort me and told me everything is gonna be ok and I shouted at him “Why would you do that!!”. He replied to me “Tumahimik ka at wag kang papalag andyan lang sa unahan tao ko kapag pumalag ka sila na bahala sayu” at this point I was afraid and kept quiet. He continued to persuade me that I would be ok if I listened to his instructions but all the time I wanted to leave the car but I could not, as I was afraid of VHONG NAVARRO and his bodyguard/driver outside.

17. He then placed his right hand behind my neck and caressed it slowly and then suddenly he violently forced his left hand inside my shorts and digitally penetrated into my vagina. I fought him back but I couldn’t as he was stronger than me and he had his right hand over my neck and imposed his will on me. During this violent attack he placed his mouth over my left ear and was groaning. I was fighting back but I couldn’t take his fingers out of my vagina so I burst out in fear and cried. My cry stopped him for a moment but suddenly he pulled the passenger seat back (where I was sitting) and at this point his penis was already out since his short pants was already lowered above his knee and he pulled down my shorts and jumped on top of me and forcibly spread my legs apart and forced his penis into my vagina and pumped as his penis went in and out of my vagina. I yelled “Stop please stop” but he continued to force himself into me and once I cried out loud “stop please stop!!! P@&$#ang ina mo” he stopped and placed himself back into the driver’s seat before grabbing my head and forcing me to perform oral sex on him. I refused so hard but his right hand is so strong that he managed to have his penis inserted in and out of my mouth and I tried to bite his penis but he’s so quick and he let go of my head and he finished himself using his own hand.

18. At this point I was polarized by what just happened and I quickly pulled up my shorts and was looking for any opportunity to get out of the car I didn’t know what was gonna happened next, I feared that he might try and attack me again so I tried my best not to aggravate the situation (and kept calm and quiet even though I was shaking) as to avoid any further harm from him and his body guard waiting outside.

19. After this attack he went back to driving around the block VHONG NAVARRO kept saying “sa atin atin nalang ito. Ayaw mo nun? Naka@#n%0t ka ng VHONG NAVARRO sikat ka na diba” and as we approached Astoria Hotel before he dropped me off he warned and threatened me in saying “pag sumabog ito ikaw lang ang kawawa, nag iisa ka lang dito alam ko ang back ground mo patay ka sa amin” in front of the hotel right away I followed him thru my eyes and I saw the car stop approximately 20 meters away, VHONG NAVARRO went out from the car and transferred to the passenger seat where one (1) male person got inside the driver seat and another male entered the backseat then the car drove away fast.

20. To my surprise one of the other candidates Rhoanne Aguilar was also in front of the hotel and saw me leaving VHONG NAVARRO’s car, she was there at the time with her pet bulldog.

21. I’ve been crying the whole night inside my room but I have to keep it with myself because my co-pageant contestants might know my ordeal and would not believe in me considering that I am a “probinciana” and I do not know much about Manila and the people here and I am also worried and afraid what VHONG NAVARRO will do more harm to us.

22. I am thinking of someone whom I will trust to, considering that I am stranger in Manila at that time:

a. My first trip to Manila on summer of 2008 I was then invited to do a screening for the competition and to compete Miss Bikini Philippines under different Management/Organization. The pageant then did not pursue that time due to the change or management which was later on handled by Slimmer’s World.

b. Then the second trip to Manila was March 2010 two years after my first trip in Manila. I then finally competed for the same Beauty pageant but now its different management which was manage by Slimmers Wolrd.

23. I confided this ordeal to an older friend Rosemarie Sibal and asked for her advise if what shall I do but after contemplating my situation and status in life versus VHONG NAVARRO she said “ipagpa sa Diyos nalang natin ito darating din ang araw…Di natutulog ang Diyos”

ITO ANG mga detalye at dahilan kung bakit sinasampahan niya ng kasong RAPE sang-ayon sa Revised Penal Code as amended.
