Gabriela kinuwestyon ang deportation kay Pemberton

Pilipino Star Ngayon

“While the undesirable alien declaration is a well deserved punishment for Pemberton, the deportation procedure must not preclude the verdict on the murder case filed against him at the Olongapo RTC (Regional Trial Court),” pahayag ni Gabriela Secretary General Joms Salvador.

“If he is found guilty he should be jailed in Philippine territory where he committed the crime,” patuloy ng Gabriela Sec Gen.

“Only when we see him languishing in a Philippine jail would we concude that justice for Jennifer has been served,” dagdag niya.

“Pemberton would not be deported until we get clearance from the court… We would have to wait for the court’s decision before we could physically deport him,” pahayag ni Tan BI spokesperson Elaine Tan.
