Tiangco sa DOJ: Ilabas mo ang ‘Napoles black book’

MANILA, Philippines - Naghain ng isang resolusyon si Navotas Rep. Toby Tiangco upang obligahin ng House of Representatives ang Department of Justice (DOJ) na ilabas ang mga pangalan ng mga mambabatas at mga opisyal ng gobyerno na umano’y nasa “Napoles Black Book”.

Sa House Resolution No. 1082 ni Rep. Tiangco na humihiling sa Kongreso, ‘in aid of legislation’ na magsagawa ng masusing imbestigasyon base sa affidavit na isinumite ni  Janet Lim Napoles kay Justice Sec. Leila de Lima.

Sabi ni Tiangco, secretary general of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA), ang hindi pagbubulgar ni  Sec. De Lima ng “The Napoles List” ay nalalagay sa kahihiyan at pagkasira ng integridad ng mga mambabatas kahit hindi kasama sa  P10-billion “pork barrel” scam.

Sabi ni Tiangco, kung talagang seryoso sa kampan­ya laban sa graft and corruption ang mga empleyado at opisyal ng gobyerno ang Aquino administration dapat wala silang papanigan kahit na ang mga ito ay kaalyado nila sa pulitika.

“Mrs. Napoles executed an Affidavit before the Secretary of the Department of Justice, Honorable Leila de Lima, allegedly identifying all the lawmakers and go­vernment officials with who she transacted throughout the years of her operation. Justice Secretary, herself, admitted that she has in her possession the Affidavit executed by Mrs. Napoles,” sabi ni Tiangco sa kanyang resolusyon.
