May mga tao na hindi hiyang sa soy sauce na sensitive sa gluten. Ito rin ay ingredients na inihahalo sa tinapay, noodles, at pastries gaya ng pag-repackage ng pagkain na may soy sauce.

Kapag sensitive sa glu­ten ito ay maaaring pag­mulan ng anxiety o depression. Dahil maaaring makaramdam ng mabigat ang katawan na feeling down. Laging i-check ang labels kung may gluten. Huwag din sobrang gagamit ng soy sauce na pampatimpla sa niluluto.

Ganundin kapag laging kumakain ng mga processed meat, piniritong pagkain, refined cereals, candy, pastries, at ibang high-fat dairy products. Da­hil mas nakararamda­m ng pagkabalisa at malungkutin.

Ibaling ang full diet sa whole fiber na mayaman sa grains, prutas, gulay, at isda na nakatutulong na magkaroon ng magandang kalusugan at kaisipan.
