Claudine kailangan pang magbawas ng timbang

Obvious na kailangan pang magbawas ng timbang ni Claudine Barretto nang um-attend siya ng presscon ng kanyang comeback movie na Etiquette for Mistresses. But otherwise, she still looks as pretty. Ni hindi mo nga iisiping she’s now in her 30s.

Asked why she chose Etiquette for Mistresses for her movie comeback, Claudine said ang kanilang director, Chito Roño, is one of the primary reasons. Noon pa niya ito gustong maka-trabaho.

And there are, of course, her co-stars, Kris Aquino, Isa Calzado and Kim Chiu. Plus Cheena Crab, who now resides in the U.S. with her American husband and family but chose to return home for this movie.

Cheena is back in the U.S., as of this writing.

Etiquette for Mistresses, as is common knowledge, ay hango sa isang best-selling book na sinulat ng famous newspaper writer and editor, Julie Yap Daza.

Kakaiba, ayon kay direk Chito, ang kuwento ng pelikulang Etiquette for Mistresses, since all of the mistresses involved, na pinapapel nina Kris, Iza, Kim, Claudine at maging ni Cheena ay naging sopistikada.

Are they all involved with just one man? Tanong kay direk Chito ng entertainment press, present sa presscon ng pelikula.

Direk Chito chose not to answer the question. Kahit nga ang identity ng leading man ng pelikula, ayaw niyang ihayag.

Panoorin na lang daw ang Etiquette for Mistresses, which Star Cinema will release nationwide, starting Sept. 30.

Premiere showing of the movie is September 28.

Kris mamamaalam na sa A&A

 Kris announced that she will co-host with Boy Abunda the midnight talk show, Aquino & Abunda Tonight, starting Monday till Friday.

But that will, likewise, serve as her “pama­maalam” sa show. Sa three months daw kasing pag-absent niya sa talk show, pinatunayan ni Boy na kaya niyang i-host ang Aquino & Abunda Tonight all by himself.

Well, tiyak na may mga pagbabagong magaganap sa programa, nga­yong solo flight na, kumbaga si Boy bilang host.

Samantala, itinanggi ni Kris na ma-o-off the air na ang daily program niya morning, ang Kris TV. Magpapatuloy pa rin daw ito.

Tuloy din daw ang pagsasapelikula ng kanyang Metro Manila Filmfest (MMFF) entry for this year, Mr. & Mrs Split.

May mga pagbabago lang daw na maaganap.

 Pareho nang naghayag ng intention sina Senator Grace Poe at Sen. Chiz Escudero ng intention na kumandidato sa 2016 elections.

Pagnagkataon, dalawang Bicolano ang magba-vice for the position of Vice President. That is, of course, kung tatanggapin din ni Congresswoman Lani Robledo ang offer ni Sec. Mar Roxas to run as his Vice President.

Si former DILG (Department of Local Government) Secretary Mar ang official candidate ng administration ni President Noynoy Aquino bilang next President of the Republic.
