Erich iwas muna sa matataong lugar, naniniguro sa rami ng banta sa buhay

YSTAR - Baby E - Pang-masa

As much as possible pala, kung wala rin lang siyang importanteng dahilan, iniiwasan na muna ni Erich Gonzales ang tumungo lalo’t mamasyal sa mga lugar na maraming tao.

After all nga naman, ‘di niya tiyak kung tototohanin o hindi ang death threats na nakukuha niya sa social media. Ang mga basher sa social media threatens to hurt her simply because they hate her daw, dahil hate nila si Janine, (Erich’s role in the series, Two Wives).

‘‘Parang ‘di nila maintindihan, na as Janine in Two Wives, I’m just playing a role.

‘‘Bagama’t, on second thought, I should feel proud dahil nagagampanan ko ang role ni Janine ng makatotohanan,’’ nakangiti pero faintly na saad ni Erich.

In real life, tanong namin kay Erich, during the presscon for Two Wives, which will be off the air in less than three weeks, if she were Janine, what will she do?

‘‘Well, ayokong isipin na puwedeng maganap sa akin ang role ni Janine sa tunay na buhay.

‘‘Kasi, kung tutuusin, masyado siyang inagrabyado ni Victor (Jason Abalos). Although, may kasalanan din siya (Janine), since pumatol siya sa lalaking alam naman niyang may asawa na,’’ pahayag ni Erich.

In real life din, ‘di inililihim ni Erich na may boyfriend na siya. The guy, said to be non-showbiz, is about six to seven years older than Erich who is 23.

Nephew din daw ang lalaki ng mall magnate na si Henry Sy.

Nora natuwa na maraming kabataang naka-relate sa katomboyan, Glaiza inaaral kung paano makipaglambingan sa babae para kay Marian?!

Hanga kami sa ABS-CBN to restore some of the classic films ng Philippine showbiz, especially those of the 80s.

Sabi nga ni Leo Katigbak, who heads the ABS-CBN Film Archives, which house the digitally restored and re-mastered versions, they have so far restored 75 films.

Last Wednesday, February 25, one of these restored classics, ay ipinalabas sa Film Center ng University of the Philippines (UP) attended by members of the entertainment media and film enthusiasts.

The film T-Bird at Ako, considered one of the most controversial films noong 80s, starred two of the local show business’ most reverred talents to date, sina Nora Aunor at Batangas Governor Vilma Santos.

Directed by the late Danny Zialcita, ang T-Bird at Ako, which was filmed in 1982, was most admired hindi lang dahil kina Nora at Governor Vi, but because of it’s daring theme noong mga panahong iyon.

It is well-remembered by those who watched the movie, then and now, for its snappy dialogues and witty repartee.

‘‘Pero ang labis na ikinatutuwa ko,’’ said Nora, who was at the showing of the movie at U.P., ‘‘nakaka-relate ’yong mga kabataan, mostly, I think students ng university sa roles na both ginampanan namin ni Vi.’’

Si Nora ang lesbian sa pelikula.

Among the celebrity audiences present too, aside from Nora, were Odette Khan, who had a short role sa pelikula, Aiza Seguerra and ‘‘wife,’’ Liza Diño, and Glaiza de Castro.

Ayon kay Glaiza, she was eager to watch T-Bird at Ako, because she will be doing a series with Marian Rivera, which will tackle the same theme.

Personal…

Happy birthday, Salve A., to June Torrejon-Rufino, who turns a year older today.

Tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 28, ang alam namin, one of her talents, Edu Manzano will organize a party for her sa isa sa mga restaurant na kanyang pagmamay-ari. (Happy happy birthday Tita June. Love you.SVA)

Yesterday, February 26 naman, was Mikee Cojuangco-Jaworski’s birthday. Many happy returns of the day, Mikee.
