Pang Movies

Pelikula nina Vilma at Nora binuhay, ipapalabas uli!

YSTAR - Baby E - Pang-masa

It looks like tuloy na nga ang simula ng shooting for the much-awaited Batangas Governor Vilma Santos and Angel Locsin first movie together ngayong February.

Still untitled yet to this writing, the film, according to Star Cinema insiders will be the film firm’s Mother’s day offering this May.

Directing it is Olive Lamasan.

Speaking of Ate Vi, the University of the Philippines Institute, in celebration of UP Diliman and National Arts Month is set to screen three of the Star For All Seasons starrers, Rory Quintos’ Anak; Laurice Guillen’s, Kapag Langit ang Humatol, and Chito Roño’s, Bata, Bata, Paano Ka Ginawa?

All three films were restored by ABS-CBN Film Archives with the help of Central Digital Lab.

Another film ni Ate Vi, T-Bird at Ako, where she teamed up with Nora Aunor, ay ipalalabas on February 25, sa UP Film Center.

For the February screening of all three films of Ate Vi, tickets are sold at popular prices.

Si Angge, who also manages the career of Lotlot de Leon, eldest daughter of Guy (Nora’s pet name).

After ng falling out with her former talent manager, when she was still an exclusive TV5 talent, Guy approached Kuya Germs (German Moreno) to help her.

We heard that Kuya Germs was negotiating with Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) para ma-feature si Guy in one episode of the popular drama anthology, when he got sick.

Wonder if Angge will submit to Kuya Germs’ plan para magkaroon ng appearance si Guy in MMK.

Meanwhile, much as Lotlot would probably want Angge to also manage her daughter, Janine Gutierrez’ showbiz career, she (Lotlot) knows Angge would beg off. And for obvious reason.

Kaya Lotlot has no choice but to manage her daughter’s career. And happily for Janine, the girl is doing well.

With reportedly real-life boyfriend, Elmo Magalona, for her leading man in the series, More Than Words, there’s no doubt that magiging big star si Janine.

Janine, as we all know, finished an interdisciplinary course from no less than, the Ateneo de Manila University.

It might interest nga pala Lotlot to know that her ex-biyenan, Pilita Corrales (Monching’s Mom) is proud of Janine and all her other apos with her.

Well, take a bow, Lotlot.

Kasalan sa showbiz extended, binyagan next year hinuhulaan ding uulanin

I-add na natin sa listahan ng mga ikakasal this year ang names nina Direk Paul Soriano at Toni Gonzaga. Finally daw, nag-propose na si Direk Paul kay Toni which explains the reason why Toni appears to be glowing most of the time these days.

Huwag nga pala nating kalimutan na the day before Heart and Senator Chiz’ wedding, ikakasal din in the same venue sina Cheska Litton at kanyang non-showbiz boyfriend.

Well, ilang binyagan kaya ang magkakaroon sa year 2016.
