May trauma pa bang nararamdaman si Maricel Soriano sa paggawa ng teleserye? Why would she said in an interview na magpo-focus muna siya sa pelikula until such time when she feels ready to go active muli sa TV, lalo na’t where doing a series is concerned?

Obvious na markado pa sa isipan ni Maricel and, most likely sa publiko rin, ang controversial incident that happened on the set of her supposed series with Gerald Anderson, their first together sana, entitled Bukas na Lang Kita Mamahalin.

The Mama Mia movie, directed by Wenn Deramas, is slated in September. June Rufino, in charge for films of the Viva Group of Companies, confirmed this.

Anytime soon, sasalang muli si Maria sa harap ng movie cameras, this time for the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy where si Vice Ganda ang nasa title role.

Andrew E. ngayon lang mapapanood ng anak sa pelikula

Opening today in theaters nationwide ang pelikulang Raketeros nina Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista, Ogie Alcasid, Long Mejia, Dennis Padilla, at Andrew E.

Guess nga pla why Andrew E. considers this movie extra special to him?

Well, aniya, it’s his first film after a long time. He has been concentrating na kasi on his business, performing occasionally on personal appearances and on television.

For the first time as well, he announced during the presscon ng Raketeros na makakapagmalaki na raw siya sa kanyang anak, na ang pelikulang kanilang panonoorin ay kasama siya.

Ayon kay Andrew E., it will be the first time na mapapanood siya ng anak sa big screen. Kaya asahan daw na una silang pipilang mag-ama sa takilya para mapanood nito today.

Raketeros, produced by Mayor Herbert and his siblings Hero and Harlene’s own film production, Heaven’s Best Entertainment, is being released by Star Cinema. It marks the first directional job ni Randy Santiago.

Eula nahawa sa pagka-komedyante ni Bistek

Kung first film ni Andrew E. after a while ang Raketeros, it’s naman the first salvo of TV5 Princess Eula Caballero on the big screen. What will make the film more memorable for Eula is that she has for her partner Mayor Herbert Bautista.

Eh magaling daw na komedyante si Bistek kaya somehow daw ang feeling niya ay his comedy talent has rubbed on her.

No wonder that she hopes TV5 will assign her next sa show na comedy ang tema. Right now, she plays the title role in the fantasy series Cassandra: Angel Warrior.
