Mas mabuting magtrabaho na Melissa laging luhaan sa nakakarelasyon
Former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate Paul Jake Castillo, on his breakup with Melissa Ricks, said there was an amicable parting of ways.
No wonder that unlike when Melissa broke up with first boyfriend Jake Cuenca, where she made a big blast out of it, quiet lang siya this time sa kanilang paghihiwalay ni Paul Jake.
Paul Jake appears, too, to have given up the chance to join showbiz. Instead, he said in an interview, that he plans to help in his family business.
Paul Jake’s family owns a chemical laboratory in Cebu and one of their products is alcohol which Kris Aquino used to endorse.
Meantime, our advice to Melissa, who has not worked on any project since Walang Hanggan, it’s time Ineng to keep yourself busy again.
Your fellow stars in Walang Hanggan, to cite two, Coco Martin at Julia Montes, are both busy now with their individual teleserye. It’s high time na ikaw din.
Before you know it, another ‘‘Jake’’ will come into your life again.
Nagpasalamat pa na ‘di nakasali sa MMFF Gov. ER makakatulong na sa pelikula ng anak
Kapansin-pansin na among the entries for this year in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) walang pelikulang napasama na ang bida ay si Gov. ER Ejercito. For the last two years of the MMFF (years 2011 and 2012), may film entry ang Laguna governor.
For the year 2011, ang Manila Kingpin: The Asiong Salonga Story, and last year ang El Presidente: The General Emilio Aguinaldo Story.
Both films somehow made their ‘‘mark’’ sa mga manonood.
At least daw, makakapag-concentrate siya ngayon sa pagtulong para mai-promote ang pelikula ng kanyang anak na si Jerico sa Boy Tumbling which he plans to release if not this year then early next year.
PDA grand winner makikipaglaban din sa WCOPA
Wow Salve A., while Goin’ Bulilit mainstay, Cha Cha Cañete, will be representing the country in the 17th World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) Junior Division, guess naman who else will join her as the Philippine representative naman sa senior division?
Well, 2008 Pinoy Dream Academy (PDA) grand winner Laarni Loyzaga.
The WCOPA will be held on July 21 in Hollywood, California.
The last among our Filipino representatives who won the top prize in what can be dubbed as World Talent Olympics is Jed Madela, now an ABS-CBN contract talent.
Fifty artists from countries the world over are expected to join the competition na ang judges ay composed of entertainment elite professionals mula sa Hollywood, Nashville, at New York.
Well, let’s all pray for Cha Cha and Laarni to bring home the bacon, so to speak.
