Shaina wala nang hinanakit sa ex-BF pero pangalan ayaw lumabas sa bibig

YSTAR - Baby E - Pang-masa

Salve A., listen to Shaina Magdayao when she answers questions sa isang interview halimbawa, tulad noong nangyari sa presscon ng kanyang soon to be released flick na Four Sisters and a Wedding about her former actor-boyfriend, now the apple of the eye of fellow Star Magic talent niya. Halatang sobrang maingat siya. Lalong obvious na how lengthily man na she talks about him ay she never makes the mistake of mentioning his name.

Ganun man, ayon kay Shaina, wala siyang hinanakit na nararamdaman caused by her breakup with him. It was an amicable separation, she insists. Yet, if she would consider falling in love again, she would make sure na ’di na ito artista.

Ito ba ang dahilan why she would rather remain friends with Piolo Pascual who is said to be dying to have her for a girlfriend?

Matipid na tawa lang ang sagot ni Shaina.

For her first boyfriend na taga-showbiz, if you recall, Shaina had John Prats. Naging very close siya sa Prats family ng mga panahong iyon, so much so, hula ng marami ay it would be just a matter of time before she carried the surname of the guy.

Kaso nga, pumasok sa eksena si you know who.

Well, kailangan pa bang i-articulate ang pangalan ng aktor?

In Four Sisters and a Wedding, feel ni Shaina ay she’s not playing a role.

Playing nga pala Shaina’s three other sisters in Four Sisters… are Toni Gonzaga, Bea Alonzo, at Angel Locsin. Enchong Dee plays their only brother.

“All of us including our director, Cathy Garcia-Molina, were able to identify with the movie,” pahayag pa ni Shaina. “Kasi kuwento itong pelikula ng isang pamilya. Na kahit anong sigalot man ang mangyari among them ang pagiging magkakapamilya pa rin ang umiiral in the end.”

Ryan Cayabyab gagawing bida ang kanta hindi ang singer

In this year’s PhilPop 2013 finals, Ryan Cayabyab, who is executive director of the PhilPop MusicFest Foundation, Inc., is making sure that the song comes out as the bida sa nabanggit na competition. For which reason, hanggang ’di nila (siya at ang kanyang committee), napili ang listahan ng mga finalist ng mga awiting maglalaban-laban ay hindi sila pumili kung sino among the popular singers ang mag-i-interpret. They want every interpreter to do justice to the song na kanilang kakantahin.

So, here are this year’s PhilPop interpreters and the songs assigned to them to interpret: Christian Bautista, (for Araw, Ulap, Langit), Jose Manalo at Wally Bayola (Askal); Sam Concepcion, Tippy Santos and Quest (Dati); Ney Dimaculangan (Kung ’Di Man); Sitti and Julianne Tarroja (Pansamantala); Joey Ayala, Gloc-9, at Denise Barbacena (Papel); Karylle (Sa ’Yo Na Lang Ako); Kimpoy Feliciano (Sana Pinatay Mo Lang Ako); Yael Yuzon (Segundo); Ace Libre ng Never The Strangers (Sometimes That Happens); Banda ni Kleggy and Kean Cipriano ng Callalily (Space); at Six-Part Invention (Time Machine).

The PhilPop Finals Awards Night will be held on July 29 at the Meralco Theater sa Ortigas, Pasig City. Top winner will be given the grand prize of P1 million pesos (yes, P1M). Plus a Ramon Olina glass trophy.

First at second runners-up will themselves be awarded the Smart Choice and the Meralco Award, plus an Olina trophy as well.
