SBP-TNT Tatluhan nationwide 3-on-3

MANILA, Philippines - Nagsanib ang Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) at Talk ‘N Text para sa TNT Tatluhan, isang nationwide three-on-three basketball competition para sa kabataan na magbibigay ng pagkakakataon sa winning team ng tsansang katawanin ang bansa sa International Basketball Federation (FIBA) tournament.

Sa layuning i-promote ang basketball sa grassroots level, ang FIBA-endorsed TNT Tatluhan ay bukas sa lahat ng koponang may tatlong miyembro bukod pa sa alternate player  na under 18 years old.

Ang tournament ay sa March hanggang May sa 20 legs sa buong bansa na matatapos sa national championship sa Manila.

Bukod sa special prizes, ang top four ng TNT Tatluhan teams ay may tsansang magsanay kasama ang TNT Tropang Texters, para maghanda para sa FIBA international tournament na gaganapin dito sa bansa sa July.

“Through TNT Tatluhan, we are finalizing the three-on-three format, which that has been played by Filipinos since time immemorial – in the streets, in parking areas, barangays. The format actually started the basketball development in the Philippines, and this tournament will be a big boost to our country’s sports program,” sabi ni Moying Martelino, SBP Senior Consultant.

Again, this is a concrete way for us to bring ‘panalo’ moments to them.”

Para makasali sa TNT Tatluhan, ang lahat ng team members ay kailangang TNT subscribers bago mag-register.  May mga local announcements ang SBP regional heads para sa specific registration details.

Ang TNT Tatluhan venues ay ikakalat sa limang key areas, na may tig-apat na legs: Area 1-Metro Manila; Area 2-Northern and Central Luzon (CAR, Regions I, II and III); Area 3- Southern Luzon (Region IV and V) and Palawan; Area 4- Visayas (Region VI, VII and VIII); at Area 5- Mindanao.

Ang top teams sa bawat area ay dadalhin sa Metro Manila para sa national finals.

Bukod sa tournament, ang TNT Tatluhan ay may basketball clinics, photobooths, raffles at iba pang acti-vities para sa kasiyahan ng komunidad sa bawat  venue.
