MANILA, Philippines - Hinirang si Amateur Boxing Association of the Philippines executive director Ed Picson bilang Best Asian National Fede-ration Executive Director of 2012 ng Asian Boxing Confederation (ASBC).
“I have the honour to inform you that your candidature has been chosen by the ASBC Executive Committee. Moreover, it has been unanimously approved by the Executive Committee Members of ASBC. We are proud to have such a devoted and successful National Fe-deration executive director like you in Asia,” dagdag pa ni Rakhimov, ang vice president ng Olympic Council of Asia.
Sa isa pang sulat ni Aziz Kozhambetov, ang ASBC executive director, sinabi niyang “Frankly speaking, 99% of the votes of all the ASBC EC members were yours.”
“The award is proof and testament that ABAP already enjoys solid relations with our Asian counterparts,” wika ni Vargas, ang presidente ng Maynilad Water at ASBC honorary vice president.
“Ed truly is deserving of this award for his hard work and dedication in the overall effort to uplift Philippine boxing,” ani Gregorio.
“I just followed the directions set by MVP and VPV,” ani Picson na nasa States ngayon kasama ang kanyang pamilya. “Mr. Gregorio and I have also been working hand-in-hand in all ABAP activities.”
