“Until then, the resolution by the Supreme Court is not final and at present, has no effect,” sabi ni Hontiveros sa sulat sa election committee.

“The resolution dismissed the case (because of) our failure to provide a certified copy of the assailed Regional Trial Court decision and our failure to file our response to Mr. Go Teng Kok’s comment,” aniya. “The dismissal did not resolve the merits and disputed issues of the case.”

“We’ll most pro-bably take up the GTK issue,” aniya.

“I realize we could be cited for contempt but we run the risk of being suspended from participating in the Southeast Asian Games, Asian Games and the Olympics,” sabi ni Hontiveros.
