Mga bata hindi na rin puwede sa taping Vice Ganda pinagse-seminar ng MTRCB, nalaswaan sa GGV

Nakatanggap ako ng kopya ng imbestigasyon ng MTRCB sa dalawang programa ni Vice Ganda, ang It’s Showtime at Gandang Gabi Vice na parehong inireklamo ng concerned citizens dahil sa mga nilalaman.

May kahabaan ang dokumento kaya ang rekomendasyon na lang ng MTRCB sa mga producer ng show ang ise-share ko sa inyo. Kasama sa rekomendasyon na ipagbawal ang mga bata sa live audience taping ng Gandang Gabi Vice at ang pagdalo ni Vice sa seminar na mismong si MTRCB Chairman Toto Villareal ang Speaker.

Deputy card holder ako ng MTRCB kaya obligasyon ko na iparating sa lahat ang mga aksyon ng MTRCB sa mga programa na inirereklamo ng tele­viewers dahil nakakaapekto sa viewers na menor de edad. Ang mga sumusunod ang rekomendasyon ng MTRCB:

 “After a careful evaluation by the Committee of the representations of ABS-CBN Corporation and the inputs and perspective on program contents that might be physically, mentally, psychologically or morally harmful to children, the respondent, through its program executives, and in the spirit of self-regulation, agrees to the following:

Enter into, with this Board, a three (3-month pe­riod of close collaboration counting from today during which period respondent network shall undertake such further concrete remedial and self-regulatory measures to address all concerns of child-sensitivity and overall audience-sensitivity, comprehensively re­por­ting to the Board, through this Hearing Committee, in writing every four (4) weeks counted from today the measures so undertaken and the results thereof;

Submit to the Board, no later than 01 September 2014, a sworn undertaking of all respondent network’s committed self-regulatory measures for the program further sub-paragraph 1 above plus such additional ones that it may propose not included in this order.

And engage its network executives and talents, including but not particularly limited to, the business unit head, executive producer, associate producer, directors, assistant directors, writers and programs hosts especially Mr. Jose Marie Viceral a.k.a Vice Ganda, of It’s Showtime to undergo a seminar on media and the legal profession in the context of both audience-sensitivity and the administration of justice, with revalida component, to be given by the Chairperson of the Board, primarily in his capacity as professor of law and media ethics, on 17 October 2014, 7:30 am to 10:30 a.m at the Conference Room of MTRCB, 18 Timog Avenue, Quezon City.

The above shall be without prejudice to such o­ther measures that may be prescribed by this Committee as it undertakes its monitoring of the show, and such other matters that will be required during, or as a result of, the abovementioned mandatory seminar.”

Pag-amoy ng briefs ni Piolo ng kanyang assistant, ipinahamak si Vice

Mabilis na gumawa ng aksyon ang MTRCB sa mga reklamo na natanggap nila tungkol sa episode ng Gandang Gabi Vice na hindi raw dapat mapanood ng mga bata. Ito ‘yung episode na guest si Piolo Pascual at ang kanyang personal assistant na naging contestant noon sa Survivor Philippines.

Dokumentado ang reklamo dahil inisa-isa ng MTRCB ang detalye ng interbyu ni Vice sa mag-amo. Naloka ang televiewers sa eksena na napanood nila na ito ang naging takbo: Si Vice ang host, si Piolo ang Guest 1 at ang PA niya ang Guest 2.

Host: ‘Pag magkasama kayo lagi ang mga damit niya inaayos mo ‘di ba? Inaamoy mo? ‘Yong totoo? Brief?

Guest 2: Hindi eto. ‘Di ba nang minsan galing siya ng ibang bansa, ‘pag nag-aayos ako ng bag or maleta ‘di ko alam kung ano ang madumi at ang malinis.

Host: So magkasama-sama?

Guest 2: Hindi nakatiklop kasi. ‘Di ko naman siya matanong kung lalabhan ko ba o hindi. So hindi ko na siya tinanong. Inamoy-amoy ko na lang kung ano’ng malinis o madumi.

Host: Paano? Pati brief?

Guest 2: Oo

Host: ‘Yong pundilyo? Ano ang amoy?

Guest 2: Syempre mapanghi

Host: Oh My God! Tao si Piolo mapanghi ang gamit na brief. Minsan may nakikita ka bang igit-igit?

Guest 1 & 2: Meron!

Guest 2: Handwash ko yon kasi ‘di kaya ng washing machine.

Pang-uurirat sa puwet ni Piolo na pinagnanasaan ni Moi, nayari

Host: Nakikita mo siyang nakahubad (Referring to Guest 1)

Guest 2: Sabi niya, Moi (Bien) pahingi ng towel. Tapos nakapatay ang ilaw, transparent lang ang salamin. Sige P. pasok ako, tapos sabi niya hindi diyan ka lang. Sabi ko hindi sasabit ko nga ang towel, kunwari lang.

Host: Para-paraan din.

Guest 2: P., andito na ang towel, pero syempre nakita ko naman ang ano niya…

Host: Ano?

Guest 2: Pwet! ‘Yon lang pwet lang.

Host: Maganda ba ang pwet niya?

Guest 2: Oo, matigas ‘pag ginaganoon mo (while holding her butt)

Host: Maputi? Aminin ninyo habang nagkwento siya ini-ima­gine din natin ang nangyayari!
