ICTSI Athletics Championships tagumpay — Gregorio
MANILA, Philippines — Pinuri ni Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Chairman Patrick ‘Pato’ Gregorio ang matagumpay na pagdaraos ng ICTSI Philippine Athletics Championships 2026 sa New Clark City Athletics Stadium sa Capas, Tarlac.
Tinukoy ni Gregorio ang epektibong grassroots at talent identification program ng Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (PATAFA) sa nasabing five-day meet.
“The seamless organization of this championship shows how far Philippine athletics has come. PATAFA has proven that with vision and discipline, we can stage world-class events right here at home,” wika ni Gregorio. “PATAFA has a very good, well-defined grassroots and talent identification program.”
“We wanted to give more opportunities for youth athletes to compete at a high level. The Under-20 bracket ensures continuity in development and prepares them for the international stage,” wika ni PATAFA president Terry Capistrano.
