3-year partnership ng POC at Cleantech

MANILA, Philippines —  Sinelyuhan ng Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) at ng gas station company Cleantech ang isang three-year partnership na didiretso hanggang sa kampanya ng bansa sa Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

Ito ang unang pagkaka­taon na nakipagkasundo ang POC sa isang fuel com­pany para sa kanilang “mission and vision”.

Ang partnership ay ni­lag­­daan nina POC president Abraham “Bambol” To­­lentino at Cleantech chairman Luisito Mercado no­­ong Huwebes sa isang for­mal ceremony sa Century Park Hotel sa Manila.

“Cleantech is now the POC’s official fuel brand partner and we’re so happy that they will support our national athletes,” sabi ni Tolentino.

Pinasalamatan din ng POC chief ang pagsuporta ng Cleantech sa mga Filipi­no athletes na sasabak sa Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games sa Setyembre, sa 34th Southeast Asian Games sa Malaysia at sa inaugural SEA Plus Youth Games na pamamahala­an ng bansa sa unang pag­ka­kataon at ang Asian Beach Games sa Ce­bu sa taong 2028.

Ang Cleantech ay isang gas station compa­ny kasama ang Repsol na itinatag noong Nobyem­bre ng 2015 sa Nueva Eci­ja at Pampanga na may misyong magbigay sa ka­ni­lang mga customers ng “Sulit” fna pakiramdam sa bawat bibilhin nilang litro.

“We believe in the po­ten­tial of Filipino athletes and we want to be part of their journey especially in the Los Angeles Summer Olympics in 2028,” ani Cleantech Vice President for Finance Yeana Victoria Mercado.

“We want to serve and help athletes through our social responsibility to fellow Filipino people and want to be with them,” sabi pa nito na idinagdag na ang supor­ta ng Cleantech ay isang P1-million-a-year cash spon­sorship.

Awtorisado ang Cleantech na gamitin ang POC logo sa kanilang mga promotional campaigns.

Bilang kapalit ay isasa­ma naman ng POC ang Cleantech logo sa lahat ng kanilang mga plat­forms—kasama ang so­­cial media at national team jerseys.

Dumalo rin sa nasabing pormal na contract sig­ning ceremony sina POC secretary-ge­ne­ral Atty. Wharton Chan at Cleantech Director for Finance Alexis Mercado, Director Gloria Mercado, General Manager Francis Luis Mercado at Directors Philip Luis Mercado at Shylou Ortiz Luis.
