Billiards tryouts

MANILA, Philippines - Ilang serye ng try-outs pa­ra sa membership ng Phi­lippine men’s billiards and snooker teams para sa 16th Asian Games ay tutumbok sa Lunes sa Philippine Sports Com­mission billiards cen­­ter sa Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.

Ito ang inihayag ka­ha­­pon ni Billiards and Snooker Council of the Phi­lippines (BSCP) pre­sident Bong Ilagan.

Ang mga billiards and snookers players na tumapos sa top three stan­dings sa high-level com­petitions kagaya ng World, Continental Cham­pionships at Asian Games at ang mga gold me­dalists sa nakaraang South­east Asian Games ay maaaring sumali sa na­sabing three-week qua­lifying tournament.  

Ang mga slots na nakalatag ay sa men’s 8-ball, 9-ball, carom 3 cushion at snooker teams.
