"Pacquiao has a ton of options and as long as he continues to fight hungry, hes going to be a tough guy for anyone to beat," wika ni Leon sa kakayahan ni Pacquiao.
"Hes still pretty much a one dimensional fighter, but that dimension still proves too much for the worlds best fighters to handle," sabi ni Leon sa dating kampeon ng WBC flyweight at IBF super bantamweight division.
No. 1 spot kasunod sina middle-weight Winky Wright (No. 2), Manny Pacquiao (No. 3), middleweight Jermaine Taylor (No. 4), light heavyweight Bernard Hopkins (No. 5), feather-weight Marco Antonio Barrera (No. 6), light heavyweight Joe Calzaghe (No. 7), welterweight Ricky Hatton (No. 8), welterweight Jose Luis Castillo (No. 9), lightweight Joel Casamayor (No. 10).
Ang iba pang nasa Top 20 ay sina Diego Corrales, Shane Mosley, Oscar Dela Hoya, Erik Morales, Rafael Marquez, Antonio Tarver, Corey Spinks, Vernon Forrest, Jorge Arce at Antonio Margarito. (Russell Cadayona)
