P10M Equipments sa boxing at muay thai darating na

Magandang balita para sa mga Pinoy boxers at muay thai bets na naghahanda para sa 23rd Southeast Asian Games.

Nakatakda nang dumating ang halagang P10 milyon na kagamitan mula sa Thailand bilang bahagi ng kasunduan na ginawa sa pagitan ng Philippine SEA Games Organizing Committee (PHILSOC) at Thailand-based Football Thailand Sporting Goods.

Sinabi ni Marketing at merchandizing official Boy Santiago na maipopormalisa lang ang Memorandum of Agreement sa opisyal na pirmahan sa Thai firm na nakatakda ngayon sa isang simpleng seremonya sa PHILSOC office sa PICC building.

Pangungunahan nina PHILSOC president at chief executive officer Jose ‘Peping’ Cojuangco Jr. at kinatawan ng kompanya sa pamumuno ni Anil Buxini, chief ng firm’s local distributor Sonya Trading ang pirmahan ng MOA.

Sa ilalim ng kasunduan, ang sporting supplier-- na may sertipiko ng Amateur Boxing Association of Thailand at SEA Games Federation - ang magbibigay ng kailangang requirements para sa boxing at muay thai. Bahagi ng equipments ay ang dalawang sets ng boxing ring, gloves, head gear, boxing shorts, at training paraphernalia.

Ang Muay Thai ay makakakuha naman ng body vest, shin at knee guard foam, hand bandage, training at competition shorts, at dalawang sets ng rings.

Isang hiwalay na MOA ang nakatakda ring pirmahan ngayon sa pagitan ng PHILSOC at sponsoring electronic giant Philips Electronic Corporation, Hapee ang official toothpaste at MIKASA balls.
