Chãteau Haut-Brion charity dinner at Sofitel

MANILA, Philippines - Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila in collaboration with Château Haut-Brion, and Aboitiz Foundation present the Charity Wine Dinner on Sept. 10 for the rehabilitation efforts in Yolanda-affected areas. Wine and dine for a cause as you embark on a flavorful and rare journey with the prestigious Château Haut-Brion paired with a sumptuous 6-course dinner by Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila Executive Chef Eric Costille.

The black-tie wine dinner will be held at Spiral’s Salon Boracay at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza.  The evening will be welcomed by the first premium Bordeaux brand created by Clarence Dillon Wines. The following prestigious wines, noted as some of the finest in the world include La Clarte de Haut Brion Blanc 2009, La Mission Haut Brion Blanc 2010, La Mission Haut Brion Rouge 2003, Chateau Haut Brion Rouge 1999, Le Dragon de Quintus 2011 and Clarendelle Amberwine.  Special guest Alexi Dasté, brand ambassador-South East Asia from Clarence Dillon Wines will be flying in to walk us through this exclusive wine dinner.
