MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. recently received a generous donation of P4.7M-worth – or more than 15,000 – elementary books from St. Mary’s Publishing Corporation (SMPC).
“With these donations, we hope to help level the quality of learning in the rural areas to that of the city areas,†said Joseph Sebua, SMPC administration officer.
Programa Genio, the education arm of the ABS-CBN Foundation will facilitate the distribution of the donated books to Dayap Elementary Schools Annex in Calauan, Laguna and Taliptip Elementary School in Bulacan.
